Alain Achkar commented on Should my newly created Script Tag show up in my theme.liquid or in another file ?

Update: when I view source of my shop's HTML, the newly added script tag is not there.

I also tried this:

https://test-1-257.myshopify.com/admin/script_tags.json

but it returns nothing, however when I try this:

https://test-1-257.myshopify.com/admin/products.json

it does return a JSON list of my products.

Please help me to debug this.
