"Search Engine" Products fields accessible through API? (Page Title, Meta Description, etc.) by Mark Stewart

Just wondering if the fields in the "Search Engine" of a Products admin page are exposed via the API? I've done a lot of digging and can't find these anywhere, I've also looked in metafields which yielded no results before that is suggested.
