Add DIV tag to theme after app is installed by Luciano

Hi,

I need to add a <div>something</div> html tab to the theme inside the body of the theme just after the app is installed. We currently managed to authenticate the app but do not know how to insert the html tag.

We've look into ScriptTag but it seems to work for adding JS.

Any ideas?
