Direct link to an .xml file by Olga Levicheva

Hi everyone,
sorry for stupid question, I've read some topics on the theme but they all seem way to complex. I need actually a simple thing.
I've added an .xml file to my assets. Is there a way to get a direct link to it? I need it for a third-party product feed, the file is not connected to my store code.
Please help!
