Hello:
We are trying to configure our account with Salesforce.
We currently use ShipStation as our fulfillment platform that pushes tracking information and changes the fulfillment status of orders within Shopify. However, from the back end, we noticed that Shopify does not really capture this data, i.e. tracking info or fulfillment status.
Is there a reason why these fields appear empty when we try to push API data from Shopify to Salesforce?
