We have recently opened up our store with Shopify. We received our first international order the other day (from the UK). We have 'carrier calculated shipping' enabled as well as a few different international shipping options enabled for both USPS and FedEx. In this particular case, the customer choose the 'USPS First-Class Package International Service' option.
We use a 3rd party partner for the fulfillment and shipping of our products and they are integrated with Shopify via the API. When they pulled this order across, it failed on their side as they did not have "15" tied to a specific shipping method. I infer that Shopify Shipping Method "15" maps to 'USPS First-Class Package International Service'. Our partner then asked for a complete list of Shopify Shipping Methods so that they can configure their system accordingly. Something like a matrix that shows 'Shopify Shipping Method Number' in one column, and 'Shipping Method' in a 2nd column. Basically a matrix of shipping methods that could be pulled across via the API and the associated description of the service: For example:
1 USPS Priority
2 USPS Priority Express
.
.
.
15 USPS First-Class Package International Service
.
.
20 FedEx Overnight Priority
Etc.
I can't find this information anywhere on these forums. Can you please clarify where this information is available for reference and for providing to our shipping partner?
