Can Create order but can never change it with the api by Andrew

Hello,

I noticed that the ability to programatically add an order via the api was recently added.  This is great and very helpful, however once I have created and order via the api it seems as though it is impossible to make any changes to it.

For example:

If I create an order via the api, it is impossible to change the total_price or line item prices that were recorded.

Also, It looks like you can record transactions for the api created order at the time when the order is created, however it seems as though it is impossible to record transactions for an api created order once the order has been saved since creating transactions via the api requires a kind of 'capture' and there is no authorization on the order created from the api.

Is there anyway to edit prices or record transactions for orders that were created via the api and have already been saved?
